This year SHIFT Vaud is back with an event packed with vitamins to stock up on inspiration, connections and good food in good company. And what better than soup to represent this mixture of potential present every year? For a good soup, you need a nice mix of everything, not just beautiful and sized vegetables. To transform our nourishing system we need both a few quirky ideas and unexpected ingredients. We will play the role of the pot and the blender, creating a meeting and exchange space open to all the vegetables and spices present at the event.
